Position: Product Data Analyst (Countly implementation and management)

About Us:
We partner with one of our fintech clients who operates a suite of financial products with thousands of daily users. As we embark on a journey to improve product insights and analytics, we are in search of a dynamic individual to spearhead our Countly analytics efforts, working closely with the product teams.
Role Overview:
- The selected candidate act as a Countly expert, responsible for investigating data, testing hypotheses, and drawing actionable conclusions to inform our product roadmap.
- They will be a bridge between our data analytics and product teams, ensuring that our product analytics tool, Countly, is used to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Countly Expertise: Implement, manage, and optimize the usage of Countly within our organization (or experience with similar solutions such as Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, etc).
- Data Analysis: Investigate data to inform product decisions. Test hypotheses and draw actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with 5 - 6 Product Managers and product teams to ensure alignment between product goals and analytics.
- Coaching: Guide and train internal teams on how to best use Countly, ensuring a more strategic approach rather than just operational reporting.
- Instrumentation: Ensure newly launched features are correctly instrumented in Countly for tracking and analysis.
- Roadmap Informant: Use Countly insights to inform the product roadmap, ensuring upfront processes are in place for data collection where necessary.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports and insights to inform stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or data analytics.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude, Crashalytics, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or other UX Analytics tools.
- Prior experience with product work, analytics, or Agile coaching is a plus.
- Strong analytical and heuristic skills. Ability to deconstruct complex problems.
- Technical background, experience working with high user volume apps.
- Ability to understand, generate or articulate vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
- Proven track record of driving business impact through product changes.
