BIA Human Capital Solutions is looking for a person for the position of Operation Director, for an important partner in the medical area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and inventory management
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the medical team, vendors, and clients
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address any issues
- Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to ensure that they meet or exceed performance targets
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that all operations are in line with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement processes that ensure the highest level of service delivery and patient care
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in operations management (of which 5 years with people management experience), with a proven track record of success in managing complex operations and driving operational efficiencies.
- Experience in industries championing customer satisfaction with lean operations, such as manufacturing, telecom, banking, retail or healthcare.
- Lean operations experience, where Six Sigma/Green to Black Belt optimization certifications are a plus
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
