Description/Responsabilities: 

Working days: Monday to Friday 

Working hours: 09:00-18:00 

Availability for on call outside of business hours for sev1 & 2 

• Overall end-to-end accountability for delivery of projects to agreed methods and standards 
• Provide leadership and direction to work-stream leads and direct team members and manage them within the scope of the project 
• Efficiently communicate to stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress, setting realistic expectations, resolving problems and providing high quality support; 
• Take responsibility for meeting commitments and resolving issues; 
• Maintain excellent levels of understanding of relevant end to end processes and awareness of issues and priorities; 

Requests:

• 2+ years of experience with IT Project Management 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in Romanian and English
• Be able to provide clear, concise and comprehensive written and oral communications
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Highly motivated and adaptable
• Abilities to work in a challenging environment with deadlines
• Team player and supportive person
• Strong documentation skills, problem solving skills and project follow up
• Positive attitude
• German would be considered a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
