• Minimum 3-​year experience of working in commercial roles, likely to have been within Sales, Procurement, or Supply Chain. Experience in real estate or logistics would be an advantage.
• Desire and interest in Commercial Real Estate.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet Research.
• Innovation and strong problem-​solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent client service mindset and attitude.

Responsabilitati

• Learning and understanding the designated area’s: industrial & logistic real estate market and relocation of office spaces;
• Calling potential tenants to build relationships, understand their requirements, qualify their affordability and carry out viewings to help find them a suitable space (industrial office building);
• Building and maintaining relationships with local owners in the designated area;
• Ability to identify and access opportunities with the designated market segment;
• Contribute to property, tenant, and market analysis/​research projects.
