We are opening new offices in Romania, Bucharest and we are looking to hire a L2 Technical Integration Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Set up customer configuration and communicate with new clients
- Configuring and maintaining environment
- Lead a customer technical integration process
- Communication with internal development and QA teams regarding requirements clarifications and quality expectations
- Reading complex Documents
- Track software issues using Jira
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Analyze, debugging and evaluate Customer reported issues
Requirements:
- Understanding of the client-server model
- Experience with Browser developer tools for investigating browser problems.
- Experience of API technologies and troubleshooting
- Understanding of HTTP protocol, API, Web
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details, strong troubleshooting skills.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge, understating of modern software
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to handle big number of requests in given amount of time, with high quality and precision
Desired:
- Experience in: REST APIs, web developer tools, Postman, Swagger and etc.
- Experience in: Design, develop and execute automation scripts tools (JavaScript, Postman)
- Experience working with logs (reading, understanding, etc.)
- Familiar with software architecture
- Knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
- Understanding of HTML5 & CSS
- Understanding of JavaScript (ES 6+)
- Knowledge of databases
