The Sales & Marketing Analyst is responsible for all kinds of reporting that is available based on Salesforce data.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare analytical reports on various subjects in Excel
- Perform ad-hoc analyses
- Work with CRM Salesforce. com system, including the creation and modification of reports and dashboards
- Manage KPI calculations
- Work on standardization of existing Reporting
- Work on improvements of existing knowledge base
- Participate in the development of new metrics and reports
- Work with other business areas to reconcile data differences
- Help address reporting questions/issues from other Departments
- Check the accuracy of the data, work with information
- Assist with project initiatives or other reporting needs as assigned
- Work with SQL to extract data
- Work with BI system on optimization and new development of new dashboards as well as data verification
- Support all departments in terms of analytics insights
- Any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel as a main one)
- Advanced analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience in Reporting
- Knowledge of Salesforce. com is a plus
- Experience with BI-systems and SQL
