This is an entry-level role, either full-time.
You will be part of Elian Solutions, as the only responsible for IT support (for internal users: company employees).
You will work in close cooperation with other colleagues from the technical department of Bittnet Group, so that you will have guidance whenever you need it.
Responsabilities:
- Research and purchase of workstations and accessories;
- Support for colleagues' workstations;
- Operating system installation (Windows);
- Administrative equipment management;
- Install and configure SQL Server;
- Basic database management;
- Install and configure Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central;
- Support for administrative platforms;
- Configure the Azure basic infrastructure;
