We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our business partner's team - a company specialized in building online games that offer the best game user's experience.

Requirements:
- Strong experience in paid digital marketing and media buying (3+ years)
- Analytic skills: an affinity for data and metrics, and the ability to derive insights from the data
- Extensive knowledge of various mobile marketing channels such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, ASA, TikTok ads, Unity ads, Excel/GSheet
- Very good Excel skills (able to work with Pivot Tables, Vlookup and a large amount of data)
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns on multiple channels
- A strong customer focus and a keen eye for creativity drives results
- Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details and you always spot issues
- You like testing: new channels, new campaigns, new audiences, new ads, new stories, new concepts
- The ability to communicate and express yourself in English
It’s a plus:
- Agency background or experience working with complex & challenging projects;
- Experience working with MySQL queries
- Passionate about football and mobile games.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full user acquisition process for a mobile game: Planning and execution of all UA campaigns across multiple mobile channels and ad platforms;
- Coordinating with the creative team to develop different visual assets and approaches
- Produce comprehensive UA reporting, analyze ROI and identify new opportunities to acquire new users
- Experiment and analyze campaigns for existing and upcoming games
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices across a variety of marketing channels such as Facebook, Snapchat, or Tiktok;
- Researching new UA channels, creative resources, and tools to streamline marketing efforts.
