About the role:
The Digital Media Campaigns Specialist will help to produce audio and visual content in line with the KPIs of the campaigns agreed with the manager and you will promote this content on multiple platforms to ensure the continuous growth of the company's image. You will come up with new campaign initiatives and content ideas and make sure your audience's response is positive.
- Plan and design online advertising campaigns cross channel.
- Work with the agency as well as individual for executing the online campaigns (Google Search, Google Display Network, Facebook, email marketing)
- Manage and report campaign budgets;
- Utilize analytics platforms to evaluate advertising performance and make recommendations to optimize spend and performance for continual improvement;
- Daily implementation of paid search tactics including keyword research, ad copy writing and testing, bid management, budget allocations, and landing page analysis;
- Identify and define audiences;
- Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities and technologies;
- Identify trends and insights relevant to our services, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
The ideal person:
- 2 - 3 years digital marketing/media experience
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, managing and optimizing digital media campaigns
- Proven experience in working with Google Ads & Analytics, FacebookAds Manager.
- Create persuasive content for various audiences with SEO in mind
- Highly inquisitive about the latest innovations and passionate about delivering results
- Excellent relationship building abilities and an engaging attitude
- Experience in negotiating and working with multiple digital suppliers
- Initiate and propose effective marketing campaigns and marketing strategies
- Have experience in monitoring and reporting campaigns based on KPIs
- Be able to complete several projects at the same time
- Excel in a fast-paced environment and you are ready to learn
