We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Consultant (m/f/x) to join our international team. Your primary focus will be the remote implementation of our SAP Licensing Management Tool and SAP Authorization Management Tool into the systems of our customers. You will ensure that the clients get all the necessary information regarding the preparation of their systems in order to be able to install our software and you will guide and advise them through the whole process. Our in-house products are worldwide famous Software Licensing & Optimization Management tools, which are continuously being developed. This is why we look for new colleagues to join our multi-cultural team. The role is based in Cluj-Napoca and can be done both from our office and remote.
Your skills:
- Minimum education preferred: Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the area of technical SAP support (1st/2nd/3rd level)
- Experience with SAP authorizations, SAP Basis and/or SAP licensing is (very) nice to have
- SAP Modules experience is desired
- Excellent English skills – both speaking and writing
- German language skills are not mandatory, but highly desirable
- Outstanding communication skills are necessary, since you will act as the client interface
- Problem solving skills and ability to drive projects to completion
- Prepared to study independently and to familiarize yourself with the methods and tools of the product management (you will be supported by your experienced colleagues from Germany, Mexico and Romania in this matter)
- Willingness to be part of an international team
- Very good organizational skills, assertiveness and the ability to prioritize
- Excellent analytical thinking
- Ability to work both independently (with minimal supervision) and in a team
- A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and quality product is important
Your tasks:
- Conduct remote software implementation and training engagements on our SAP Licensing Management Tool for our clients
- Be the first contact person in technical issues for our end-customers and partners
- Advise to our customers (remote)
- Helping our worldwide customers when facing difficulties with our software or in the implementation phase (sometimes together with a developer of the software)
- Accurately assess client needs
- Deliver engagements on time and within budget
- Engage in professional development to ensure ongoing industry knowledge
- Developing and fostering positive relationships and building connections with our customers
- Ensuring outstanding communication is maintained with all customers
