If you are a proactive, detail- oriented, organized personality and you have:
- Good communication and time management skills
- Experience working with customers
- English (written and spoken)
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer
- Ability to focus on accomplishing multiple tasks at the same time
- Firm sense of responsibility
- Ability to learn new things

Back Office responsibilities:
- Controls commercial contracts before entering them in the ERP
- Organize customer files
- Prepare documentation regarding customers
- In charge of back-office relationship with customers
- Promotes company's web tools to customers
Credit Management responsibilities:
- Helps credit manager to control Risk
- Monitors customer receivables and guarantees
- Prepares the documents needed in case of a guarantee execution
- Follows specific payments: payments in advance, discount freezing
Marketing and Administrative responsibilities:
- Adapts all documents to local languages: contracts, marketing documents, web pages
