Responsibilities
- Working with our partners to create and sign all employment related documents
- Creating, organizing, maintaining up to date and archiving personnel records
- In charge of the procurement process related to all HR activities
- Helping the HR team with events organization
- Providing payroll department with information regarding leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Being in charge of invoices, online payments
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Romanian labor law
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good work experience with Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
