We are looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Enteractive family based from our Bucharest Powerhouse Office in Romania.

Enteractive is growing at a rapid speed, we are now looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Executive to provide recruitment support to the TA department. This role is a unique opportunity to become part of a team that is dedicated to serving the business in all aspects of its recruitment needs not to mention the FIRST recruiter based from our Romanian Office.

As our TA Executive, you will be a valuable team member, initially supporting the team through sourcing top talent and hitting our team targets. If you have an interest in people, enjoy communicating daily with candidates, motivated to find the right talent and overall enjoy the various aspects of recruitment we would like to get a chance to meet with you.

Enteractive is the iGaming pioneer and industry leader in Player Retention Solutions. Our Player Reactivation Services help operators get churned players back in action and our Player Support Offering make sure active players stay on board. It’s all responsible and easy. It’s simply Retention-as-a-Service.

What your day will look like:

• Develop the ability to source talent for various in-house roles.
• Manage postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Responsible for generating a pipeline of qualified candidates to support various open positions.
• Interview candidates for various roles within the business.
• Coordinate administrative duties such as calendar management, scheduling interviews, room reservations etc.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience during the recruitment and interview process.
• This position will provide a lot of opportunities for growth in a 100% self-motivating work environment.

Our ideal candidate:

• Minimum 12 months plus experience with full cycle recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills and a self starter.
• Enjoys being a team player and support team efforts to find top talent.
• Positive people person and passionate about working with people.
• Strong work ethic, honest and eager to develop their skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Previous experience with organic marketing on social channels such as Facebook & LinkedIn.
• Business level of English.
