Your tasks:
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements
- Source, engage, and manage candidates through the full-cycle recruitment process for entry through mid/senior-level roles
- Partner with our Hiring Managers to deeply understand the requirements for all hires, formulate best outreach strategies and execute on process
- Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
- Conduct role briefing with client or hiring manager and set expectations for recruitment process
- Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
- Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process (at a later point)
- Candidate Relationship Management Update our database of candidates and roles/projects
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- First experience during an internship or a first job in the HR environment would be excellent
- Very good English language skills (both written and spoken)
- German language skills are a major advantage
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills, meticulous organizational skills and incredible attention to detail - this role requires managing a high volume of candidates, open roles and ongoing projects simultaneously
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision
- Strong work ethics considering that you will get access to (very) confidential information
