Details
- Working with personal data;
- Researching and confirming information on different platforms for our clients;
- Verify, validate, add required data by contacting customer via phonecall and email for additional information;
- Ability to listen actively to customers and process their concerns;
- Ability to put yourself in the customers shoes and having an empathetic approach;
About You
- At least 6 months of working experience in a customer service or call-center;
- Availability to work extra hours, weekends and/or nightshift;
- English fluent level, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Reliable with teamwork spirit you take ownership and you are ready to help whenever needed;
- Smart and proactive take initiative, document yourself and ask questions;
- Analytic abilities;
- Can follow objectives and key results;
- Strong problem-solving skill set;
- Enthusiastic about technology/early adopter.
