Job description
- Handling operational projects tickets and e-mails from production team.
- Handling operational projects tickets and e-mails from established clients.
- Ensure real-time maintenance of the ERP database and other relevant files/ folders
- Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
- Assist and coordinate with Sales team for corresponding projects
- Perform competitor product analysis.
