We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to join our Bucharest based team. In this role, you will work as part of the Product Team to develop B2B and B2C user-centered design solutions that support multiple cross functional teams.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a multi-geographically dispersed team of individuals who thrive in a culture of technical innovation and business sense, and have successfully built a multi platform EHR (electronic health records) software for the US Market.
What you’ll do
- You’ll work as part of the Product team to identify user needs & pain points, translating findings into actionable insights that drive your design process
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure a high-quality implementation of design solutions
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements gathered from user research and stakeholders feedback
- Prepare and present draft designs to relevant stakeholders
- Work with front-end developers to maintain and define in-house Pattern Library/Design System
- Hands-on production of user-requirements, storyboards, user journey maps, wireframes, screen flows, and prototyped interactions
- Design marketing materials based on requirements received from marketing/sales departments: banners, email templates, leaflets, etc.
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 4 years graphic design experience in responsive web and mobile applications;
- Strong organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills
- Proven, hands-on experience with Figma (preferably), Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects), InVision and Google suite of apps.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to justify and explain design decisions – leveraging UX best practices, data, and/or a strong point of view
- Experience in B2B software healthcare is a plus.
