A typical day as an IT Recruitment Researcher in our company includes
- Partner with your recruiter to understand the hiring needs.
- Develop a sourcing strategy to build a diverse pipeline of candidates and attract passive talent.
- Find and engage active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques.
- Match profiles with job description during research activity and cold calling
- Regularly update the recruitment database
- Build relationships with strong talent in the marketplace, communicate professionally, and leverage strategic thinking to run a successful search process and help hire the right talent.
- Provide feedback to the candidates after participating to the selection process.

- Have a passion for technology and the desire to learn more about IT industry.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Romanian and English.
- Have a Bachelor's degree.
