We’re looking for an additional Technical Support representative. This person serves customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, technical and troubleshooting over the phone and email, to product users and customers, as needed.

Duties

  • Primary function is to provide product technical support for customers – products include Service Now and Share Point.
  • The position implies assisting customers via the phone, email or chat in a quick and friendly manner.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Other duties may include:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Proven technical customer support experience – preferable 2+ years technical support
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Must be proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Products: Sharepoint and Service-​now
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service focused attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Very reliable
  • Effective deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multi-​task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Has a positive attitude and would enjoy being part of a high-​performance team
