Job Software Quality Manager @ Preh

For our location in Iasi we are currently looking for a Software Quality MANAGER.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the compliance of processes in the software development according to the standards of the product development process;
• Acceptance of software milestones, as well as escalation in case of negative trends, of key figures including analysis and development of countermeasures as part of the project team;
• Execution of assessments regarding the compliance of the software development process including preparation of an assessment report;
• Supporting the project team in questions regarding the development process;
• Reporting of process quality and escalation of deviations to the project team and, if necessary, to management;
• Collaboration in process improvement for the development area.

Your Profile

• First professional experience in quality management or development desirable;
• Affinity for development processes;
• Technical understanding and quality awareness;
• Confident appearance and good communication and coordination skills;
• Knowledge of SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination);
• Knowledge of V model diagram;
• Basic programming experience is a plus;
• Good written and spoken English, German is a plus.
