Responsabilitati

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Elaborating detailed project plans to track progress and keep the project within agreed deadlines.
• Writing concise and clear requirements for the developers. You will be the in close liaison with the internal IT departament or the project managers or programmers from different external colaborators.
• Communicating constantly and effectively with key stakeholders as required on status, accomplishments and risk management to ensure alignment with the overall project goals
• Business process mapping as required by key stakeholders in every new project or required by certain departments in the company in order to analyse and optimise the workflow.
• Creating training materials, work instructions and procedures.
• Running various training sessions meant to facilitate the transition to new software solutions and new processes in certain departments in the company
• Running test sessions for new software platforms or new functionalities in already implemented platforms, in order to validate them, giving feedback to users and software developers.
