For this job, experience really matters. So you need to have:

  • at least 3 years of writing SEO optimized content for Western markets in the IT area;
  • experience with keyword research and analytics tools;
  • experience in creating diverse digital campaigns from strategy to creative idea and execution, plus measuring results and adjusting accordingly;
  • experience in leading communication teams (graphic designers, video production, SEO and PPC people)
  • a good understanding of the software development world: a technical background is not necessary, but you have to be tech savvy;

These are Nice-​To-​Haves:

  • tech startup experience;
  • collaborated with IT people to write technical, but engaging articles and whitepapers;

This is what you are going to do:

  • marketing research (keywords, competition & customers);
  • come up with the communication strategy based on the research findings;
  • work together and direct other creatives to deliver the messages on various digital media;
  • write (mostly in English) for our outsourcing software services and products a wide range of materials: blog articles, newsletters, advertorials, Google and Facebook Ads, social media posts, whitepapers, study cases, website content, product and service descriptions, tutorials, testimonials, landing pages, video scripts and more;
  • constantly measure results through analytics tools and adjust content accordingly;
  • always looking for ways of improving communication based on business results;
  • train junior digital copywriters;
