Employers can instantly browse talent from dozens of agencies & book interviews with only 2 clicks.
We change the way IT recruitment is done for both employers and recruiting agencies. We already have over 300 employers in Bucharest and we want to expand to new territories.
The job will be initially based in Bucharest but can be done from Germany afterward.
Purpose:
Build demand side of TalentBrowse platform in Berlin/ Germany. This is represented by employers with IT vacancies who create accounts and request interviews to the candidates.
A glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Market research to identify major employers and engage them in the sales process;
- Build a pipeline of German employers and engage them regularly through email marketing, internal tools;
- Make sales calls to convince employers to use the platform;
- Create campaigns to engage employers;
- Follow up on recruitment processes generated through TalentBrowse to have updated statuses about each recruitment;
- Monitor the matching process based on TalentBrowse's candidate base;
- Keeping in touch with employers to understand their recruitment needs and monitor the status of TalentBrowse candidates in recruitment processes;
- Analyzing processes and indicators and recommending new functionalities for employers.

Our future colleague is:
- Sociable and curious, able to find out info about the employers and generate action among them;
- Understands IT and has at least theoretical understanding of what is Java, PHP and the role of a QA Engineer;
- Hardworking and persevering, not beaten by the first negative answer;
- Pays attention to details as she/he will juggle with many tasks and we do not want lazy tasks forgotten in a corner :);
- Speedy - in a start-up like TalentBrowse, every day counts and must produce results; our days are spent at full speed;
- Flexible and adaptable to startup life;
- Fluent in German;
- Experienced/ exposed to employer / agency/ NGO recruitment in a role where it is difficult to find interested candidates.
