As an Account Manager, you will be part of the newly created Bucharest team that is responsible for the expansion of the company’s solutions in Romania and you will be reporting to the local Chief Commercial Officer.
Job Description
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Develop the business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Ensure best in class in-store execution and brand visibility in both offline stores and online channel
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and customer value
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive management
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Travel to client business locations occasionally
Requirements
- Proven work experience as Sales Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or another relevant role
- Solid ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Track-record delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
- Ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field is desirable but not mandatory
- Driver’s license cat. B
