Are you the one?

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing professional with previous experience managing a team and a budget, owning KPIs and achieving ambitious targets. The position holder will be a part of the Digital Marketing team and report to the Head of Digital Marketing.

This is a remote position within Spain, but we have an office in Valencia if you prefer it.

Requirements

What will you do?

• Own lead acquisition within the company, with a monthly budget of low 6 figures. Right now our most important channels are FB, Linkedin, Google and organic.
• Work with the rest of the team to launch new channels and markets, optimise budget based on lead quality and sales performance.
• Partner with the Data team to get insights on the performance of campaigns, work on new dashboards, etc.

Experience and skills required

• Strong analytical background, with hands on experience managing performance marketing channels
• +4 year of working experience in the field
• Experienced in team management and growth
• Good English
• B2B and lead generation experience is a big plus
• Excellent planning, analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative and initiative personality
