Are you ready to join us on the adventure of finding developers, administrators, and engineers? I Future Romania is a subsidiary of Thakral Group, a multinational organization with its headquarters in Singapore. We are currently growing our team as we added more clients to our portfolio.
We love challenges, so you won’t get bored with us! We would like our new colleague to have some experience in IT recruitment, at least 1-2 years, and is a fast learner and a team player. English language knowledge is a plus since we are a multi-cultural team (If not, you will learn with us).
Your role will mainly consist of
- Interacting with clients to understand the needs of recruitment and maintains contact with them throughout the recruitment process;
- Defining with them which is the most suitable recruitment strategy;
- Conducting search (sourcing) activities through various channels and preselection of the best candidates;
- Conducting the behavioral and motivational evaluation of candidates through structured, competency-based interviews; verifies the references offered by them and elaborates the interview reports;
- Providing feedback to candidates involved in the process;
- Permanently updating the database of the recruitment department and produces periodic reports regarding the activity carried out;
- Providing team support and contributes to the knowledge base of the department on various recruitment / human resources topics.
