We are Storis, a subscription streaming service for audiobooks, e-books and podcasts with Romanian content. Although we are a startup we are backed by and have as partners the largest publishing houses in Romania. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for people to find and experience great stories.

Job description

Here’s the kind of person we’re looking for. We believe that hard skills can be learned if you worked with XD you can adapt to Figma and we can help with that, so we are looking especially for soft skills

• Take feedback well and give feedback well

• Are a good communicator
• Can negotiate well, you work with developers, project managers, stakeholders and it’s on you sometimes to align everyone
• Be able to facilitate a conversation even workshops

What you will do

• Help design a consistent application for IOS, Android and Web
• Help create a design system
• Facilitate workshops (Design Sprints, Growth Hacking)
• Perform customer interviews (online and sometimes in person)
• Rapid prototyping
• Developer handover
• Work in a Lean and Agile environment
• User research sessions

Experience/Skills required

• 4+ years of User Experience Design with an emphasis on prototyping solutions for mobile applications
• Building storyboards and user interaction journeys
• Create empathy maps
• Excellent Visual Design abilities.
• Deep understanding of design trends and best practices.
• Build and articulate Conceptual Designs.
