Ready for a new challenge in your career? Well, great news, we're looking for a Mid Developer that will help evolve our intelligent datacenter automation product. Your experience in backend development along with a very good understanding of the operational aspects of running a development practice are attributes we’re keen on.

What will you do

• Review, optimize and improve existing codebase.
• Be able to design new features from ground up and choose appropriate coding methods.
• Mentor junior developers and help them improve coding skills and coding standards.
• Keep a good balance between perfectionism and efficiency.
• Safeguard code quality, code robustness and do not miss important details.
• Work with R&D manager to understand requirements and respond to other departments technical questions

Technical acumen is a must. And here’s what we’re talking about

• 3+ years in PHP back-end development (server-side programming)
• 2+ years in billing applications
• 1+ year in NodeJS (optional)
• 3+ years SQL experience (especially MySQL).
• Good understanding of common protocols such as TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, Web sockets and the OSI stack is a must.
• GitLab or CI/CD experience
• Creation and consumption of REST and SOAP API’s.
• Experience with writing Unit tests is a must.
• Experience with Jira is a must.

• Experience with documenting design choices and implementation methods.
• Capability to iteratively improve code quality, system performance and software functionality.
• Experience of mentorship and collaborating with software development team members.

• Attention to details and a drive for an organized work style are required.
• Be a dedicated team player.
