• Coordinates Fashion Days’ performance marketing department in the 3 countries, Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary
  • Developing strategies to optimize and measure customer acquisition, cross-​selling and remarketing to maximize sales and retention
  • Establishes the relevant KPIs, performance standards, procedures, vision and culture of the department
  • Responsible for the constant development of team members
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance
  • Develop analysis and estimates using data-​driven methodologies, evaluate ROI growth scenarios and communicate results and recommendations to the Chief Marketing Officer and Management
  • Collaborates in defining strategic goals and budgets with marketing team managers
  • Manages and closely tracks the marketing budget for the department
  • Responsible for A /​B testing, channels optimization and scaling
  • Work closely with the HR department to choose the best people in the situation of available jobs in the department
  • Maintains a pleasant atmosphere within the team, which ensures easy internal communication as well as with other departments in the company or external partners


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Public Relations, MBA is desirable
  • 4+ years in progressively responsible marketing leadership roles;
  • Experience in digital Marketing would be an advantage;
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-​orientation;
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence – ability to motivate staff;
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-​solving skills;
  • Able to take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations;
  • Self-​motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving your targets;
  • Numerical with the ability to apply intermediate Excel skills;
  • Stakeholder management (develop and maintain strong value added relationships);
  • Excellent overall interpersonal skills (ability to work closely with different departments, team, consultants, and external auditors)
  • Fluency in English;
