We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our team!
What are the main responsibilities?
- Prepare recruitment processes: create and maintain jobs descriptions, prepare and implement recruitment tools, budged and plan recruitment
- Development of managers and other employees: career paths, feedback process
- Employees’ engagement
- Defining and setting HR processes
- Overseeing HR administration
- Act as a Vola Ambassador: build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and employees
- Developing Employer Branding tools
What do we expect?
- At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager, preferably in organization with customer care department
- Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade and to consult when needed
- Experience in implementing HR processes and tools
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
- Advanced English level
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan, multi-tasking and manage time efficiently
