Job Sales Support Engineer @ Tech Con

We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer with technical background in the Electric products and systems. Specific technical qualifications are not critical, but a “can do” attitude is. This combined with a clear record of achievement will allow you to demonstrate success.

Your role as Sales Support Engineer, will require you

• To provide product knowledge to customers and handle customers' inquiries related to electric products (circuit breakers, contactors, fuses, low voltage equipment);
• To provide accurate sales quote to customers and manage order data entry
• Prepare monthly sales report when required

Main responsibilities

• Assist for pre and post sales activities to ensure customers' satisfaction
• Sales support and administrative duties such as manage customer enquiries, offers, orders, data entry, managing shipment and / or orders delivery
• Understand and identify the specifications required by customers in their engineering drawings.
• Adhere to internal documentation procedures and conscientiously follow-up on any incomplete documentation required to be completed.
• Maintain our customer database on an accurate and timely basis.
• Ability to use basic technical knowledge to communicate with customers and internal departments

The candidate profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Mechanical is preferred.
• Knowledge of Computer skill (MS Office: Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Professional in written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Able to multi-tasks and have the initiative to get jobs done
• Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individual
• Willing to learn new things and adapt to multi-culture
• Based in Bucharest
