Cerinte

• University degree in Sociology, HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field;
• Previous technical recruitment experience – at least 2 years;
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office;
• Initiative, creativity and responsibility;
• Strong profile searching, assessment skills;
• Advanced English level;
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilitati

• Support the recruitment (publishes announcements, CV screening, first selection);
• Develop job descriptions, advertisements and appropriate marketing collateral to support recruitment activities;
• Identify the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media etc.) to fit the profile needed;
• Job advertising in the best format using strong networking skills;
• Implement the selection process (CV, phone, interviews, educational or professional experience, technical testing);
• Assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
• Gives feedback to hiring managers on the whole processes and candidate profile;
• Propose improvement of the recruitment procedures if needed;
• Onboarding new employees;
• Organize different HR projects;
• Handles implementation of team events and employees incentives.
