You should have

• 5 years overall recruitment experience from which 3 years IT recruitment experience (in large corporate environments)
• Excellent stakeholders management
• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Passion for Talent related activities
• Excellent client and business orientation
• Excellent organizing and project management skills.
• Proactiveness and willingness to help, ability to train & coach other colleagues

Main responsibilities

• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment projects (IT & Technology), as part of the global Tech Hub
• Assuring high-quality deliverables to the internal clients
• Support and advise the hiring managers about recruitment, labor market, talent attraction and selection strategies
• Recruitment reports and data analysis
• Conceive and present recruitment-related results
• Coordinate medium projects (national and international) – business rollouts in other countries, market intelligence, agency or tools selection etc.
• Train and coach other colleagues.
