You should have
- 5 years overall recruitment experience from which 3 years IT recruitment experience (in large corporate environments)
- Excellent stakeholders management
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Passion for Talent related activities
- Excellent client and business orientation
- Excellent organizing and project management skills.
- Proactiveness and willingness to help, ability to train & coach other colleagues
Main responsibilities
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment projects (IT & Technology), as part of the global Tech Hub
- Assuring high-quality deliverables to the internal clients
- Support and advise the hiring managers about recruitment, labor market, talent attraction and selection strategies
- Recruitment reports and data analysis
- Conceive and present recruitment-related results
- Coordinate medium projects (national and international) – business rollouts in other countries, market intelligence, agency or tools selection etc.
- Train and coach other colleagues.
