Responsibilities
- Providing customer service
- Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
- Scheduling and assisting meetings and presentations
- Sending out and receiving mail and packages
- Managing documents and files
- Follow up contracts with suppliers & clients
- Assisting in various administrative tasks
- Be proactive and efficient in the management of your activities and contribution to key projects
