Responsibilities:
- Customer Support tickets via ZenDesk
- Voicemails, listen to voicemails and add notes about what was said into Zendesk/Trello.
- Manage Twitter messages for support only
- Monitor and moderate an Adult Niche Forum
- Random tasks like emailing and inquiring about advertising options
- Email List creation
- Help to create text for various emails we need sent out
Requirements:
- Fluent English (native)
- Fast typing
- Support systems such as ZenDesk
- Collaboration with Trello
- Experience working as a CSR
Terms:
- At least 4 hours/day
- From 10 USD$/hour
- 1 month test period
