You will:

Grow to become an Incident Management support Guru in our team — your tasks will cover:

  • Providing operational support to customers worldwide through ensuring timely resolution of incidents by Cisco support teams
  • Maintaining a good relationship with the customer through effective communication, addressing escalations and ensuring high quality of service
  • Holding a responsibility of being a strategic connection between CISCO engineers and their clients from all around the world
  • Driving, developing and maintaining the major incident process and associated procedures
  • Think outside of the box to provide constant improvements, using dedicated tools.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in a customer service delivery including incident management or telecommunications support environment is required
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies and services
  • Initiative taker , who works successfully as a team member in a cross-​functional matrix environment
  • English is a must (min. B2)
  • ITIL knowledge & certifications would be an asset
  • Inquisitive, love to learn, embrace failure, and never give up!
