Job description

• Installing and configuring company workstations, software, network systems, printers and scanners;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Replace parts if required (only for workstations or servers);
• AD accounts management (change passwords or create new accounts);
• Low level asset management (add new assets, change assests status);
• Gather information when incidents arise and escalate them to the responsible authority;
• Cooperate with other teams;
• Willing travel to remote locations if the need arises.
