Duties and responsibilities:
Make appointments, arrange the schedule accordingly and keep in touch with people. As such, the potential candidate is required to have good communication skills.
The ideal candidate, as we have envisaged her, should have the following qualities and qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of English (both spoken and written) – this is an international company that does international businesses, therefore it will be mandatory to communicate in English;
- A well organized and open minded person who works with seriosity and is disciplined in doing her job and fulfilling her tasks, which takes us to multi-tasking – you should be able to handle the assigned tasks properly, without making a mess;
- Positivity is an important skill for the team and for the clients, we would like to have a happy and positive colleague. This stands as a motivation for the people who work and interact with you;
- Basic computer skills are a must: e-mail correspondence, MSOffice Package (PC or MAC).
Given that the candidate will be a key person in the company, we would like our collaboration to be long-term, for an undetermined period of time.
