Job Frontend Developer @ Voquz

We are looking for a great Angular2 developer (m/f/x) who is proficient with Typescript. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known Angular2 workflows. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Our in-house product is a worldwide famous Software Asset Management Software which is continuously being developed. This is why we look for new colleagues to join our international team.

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using Angular2
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Helping out our worldwide customers when facing difficulties with our software or in the implementation phase together with an in-house consultant

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Angular2 or any higher version and/or other front-end technologies
• Thorough understanding of Angular2 and its core principles
• Experience with popular Angular2 workflows
• To ensure success, you should have extensive knowledge of theoretical software engineering, be proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Making complex technical and design decisions for Angular2 projects
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)
• German language skills are highly desirable but not mandatory
• Experience with any SAP module or ABAP is (very) nice to have
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, also remote and on-site in our office from Cluj-Napoca
• A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important
