What are we looking for?

  • Excellent command of both French and English (speaking and writing).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point).
  • Proactive, resourceful, energetic character who can work independently.
  • Great social & organizational skills with detail and process-orientated attitude, always ensuring the right tasks are done by the right people at the right time.

What will you have to do?

  • Providing administrative support and a variety of secretarial functions for the Shareholders including typing up documents, personal expense reconciliation, making and receiving telephone calls and delivering messages.
  • Assuring operational support to Shareholders and external suppliers as per business requirements.
  • Confirming that all customer related company-wide filing systems & archive records are accurate and up to date.
  • Managing the flow of general correspondence including email, papers & documents.
  • General primary accounting knowledge: review invoices and contract payments, generating financial reports (purchases & sales).
  • General commercial knowledge: providers data base, organizing invoices and transport documentation.
  • Coordinate the Associates schedule, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements.
