Senior HR Representative

This position is within the Global HR Operations group. Primary responsibility will be supporting employees in the Bucharest office, but the role also gives you the opportunity to learn, contribute, and handle global processes and operations.

As a Senior HR Representative, you will provide administration, communication, and processing in support of the following core HR processes:

  • Pre and On-​boarding new hires (data entry and paperwork validation)
  • Payroll input
  • HR System data entry and audits
  • Basic HR reporting
  • General coordination support
  • Leave of Absences
  • Termination processes
  • Employment requirements (medical exams, work permits, etc)
  • Participate in Workday system testing and implementation support
  • Partner with regional HR to support operations for HR projects and programs (M&A, new program and system rollouts)
  • Provide employment verifications and related letters for employee need
  • Create and Manage employee files and records, participate in periodic audits
  • Partner with internal teams (IT, Finance, Legal, Workplace, etc), on cross-​functional processes
  • Write and manage Operational documentation
  • Participate in required audit requests

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an operations environment handling coordination, project tasks, and direct customer/​employee questions
  • Direct customer or employee support
  • Understanding and experience with core HR systems and processes
  • Solid knowledge of legal and statutory employment requirements related to Romania
  • Strong communication and partnering skills, with experience in cross-​functional projects
