Job Senior/Mid Android Developer @ Halcyon Mobile

We're searching for a passionate and experienced Android developer to join our team in Cluj.

What you'll do:

Eliminate the word “boring” from your dictionary and work on kick-ass projects on the cutting edge of mobile technology. Prove yourself in an innovation-driven "startup" environment and join us in our mission to build the best mobile products ever created.

What you'll definitely need

• Understanding of software development lifecycle phases including business requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Fundamentals in object-oriented concepts, data structures, and design patterns.
• Ability to write clean code keeping in mind SOLID principles, current standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in developing native Android mobile applications on multiple form factors.
• Experience with Data-Binding and Dependency Injection.
• History of using Material Design guidelines in UI and UX development.
• Extensive experience with third-party libraries and frameworks such as Retrofit / OkHttp.
• Knowledge of multi-tier architectures, such as MVP or MVVM.
• Familiar with optimization tools such as memory profiler, hierarchy viewer.
• Investment in Android development knowledge growth through self-study, side projects, or work experience.
