Job Product Manager / Business Analyst @ GloriaFood

We are a Bucharest-based company with the mission to shake up the food ordering industry. We were the first to introduce the freemium business model, empowering restaurant owners to set up online ordering by themselves. We’re bridging the gap between their digital skills and technology with simple UI and amazing UX. This is our mantra.

Our food ordering system is turning into a complete management platform for restaurants. Already today it includes complementary modules, such as: sales optimized website, branded mobile app or automated email & sms marketing.

We’re searching for a Product Manager that’s passionate about building great products, interested in problems users face, creative in finding solutions and able to articulate them to stakeholders and developers.

Your primary role is to manage the mobile app that restaurants use to take orders. You’ll start by revamping the current app and laying the foundation for our future POS system.

Your responsibilities

• Understand the top-level management's vision and back it up with available data and customer feedback to determine what features should be built;
• Create wireframes and work closely with the designer to produce pixel-perfect product screens, with outstanding UX;
• Write concise, clear requirements for developers, including diagrams when needed;
• Support developers during implementation;
• Support the tester in creating and running the test cases, and also test the product yourself;
• Coordinate launch and adoption activities with marketing;
• Explain the product changes to the support team and other stakeholders;
• Define KPIs and monitor them post release; make product improvements when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Product Manager or Business Analyst;
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes and challenge ideas;
• Comfortable getting into technical discussions with engineers about the pros and cons of different approaches;
• Creative thinking, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science;
• Proficiency in English;
